I just submitted a new recipe illustration to They Draw and Cook.
This is a recipe for Moules Frites, which is a great inexpensive meal to share with friends. The recipe comes from Deb Perelman's Smitten Kitchen cookbook but you can also find it at www.smittenkitchen.com.
I had this on our trip to France, and the host at the restaurant taught me the trick of using an opened mussel shell like tongs to pick up the mussels. So great to have such a yummy dish to eat with your fingers!
